Intentional luxury • less overthinking • decisive living 🌿
Weddings & life, decided on purpose
$50K wedding → $10K reality ⬇️

Most wedding stress doesn’t come from details. I Most wedding stress doesn’t come from details.
It comes from letting fear make decisions.

Follow @itsjenniferreza if you want a wedding that feels like yours.

Fear of:
• family reactions
• choosing wrong
• being judged
• disappointing someone

So a lot of brides end up:
• asking too many opinions
• delaying decisions
• defaulting to tradition
• planning for everyone except themselves

That’s not planning.
That’s avoiding the choice.

I didn’t need a better checklist.
I needed to decide what mattered to us
and stop trying to make everyone comfortable.

That’s what made planning feel easier and quieter.

If planning feels heavy right now,
it’s probably not because you’re bad at it.

It’s because too many people are involved
in decisions that aren’t theirs.

And that always costs more
than just money.

I thought my mom was trying to control my wedding. I thought my mom was trying to control my wedding.
I was wrong.

Comment “CHECKLIST” and I’ll send you my free Starter Kit
the same framework I used to plan with my mom
instead of against her

She wasn’t fighting for details.
She was grieving a role.

I saw it as:
• too many opinions
• too many “when I got married…”
• too much involvement

Until she said:
“It’s hard realizing my little girl isn’t mine anymore.”

That changed how I saw everything.

She wasn’t trying to take over.
She was trying to stay connected.

So instead of pushing her out,
give her a place:

• helping with your perfume
• writing a note for your bouquet
• choosing her “something blue”

And planning will stop feeling like a power struggle.
Itll start feeling like a transition.

Here’s what most brides miss:

Family tension during planning
is rarely about control.
It’s about loss of position.

When you treat it like a threat,
you create resistance.

When you treat it like a transition,
you create peace.

This isn’t just your wedding.
It’s also the moment your mom
learns how to love you differently.

And that’s why I don’t teach brides
to “shut people out.”

I teach them how to place people wisely
so they don’t have to carry the emotional weight alone.

Brides feel overwhelmed because they think wedding Brides feel overwhelmed because they think wedding planning is complicated.

It’s not.

If you want the exact framework I used, comment “READY” and I’ll send it.

It’s overwhelming because they’re deciding too much.

When I planned a $50K wedding for $10K in under 6 months,
I didn’t save money by finding better vendors or cutting corners.

I saved money by eliminating decisions.

Here’s what changed everything:
I decided four things first, and let everything else fall into place.
1. Budget ceiling
2. Guest size
3. Venue type
4. Tradition tolerance

Inside each category, I chose only a handful of priorities.
Everything else became noise.

Most wedding costs aren’t expensive because couples want too much.

They’re expensive because couples never decide early enough what actually matters.

You don’t need more options.
You need fewer decisions.

Decisions first.
Spending second.

If you want the exact framework I used, comment “READY” and I’ll send it.
